No call centre, no pushy salesperson
Most of the complaints people bring us about other companies are structural rather than technical. A salesperson on commission quotes the job, a subcontracted team fits it, and by the time something needs sorting out nobody involved in the original sale is still connected to it.
We are built the other way round. Our own fitting teams do the work, and Mike inspects the finished job before the invoice goes out. When you call the number on this website, you get someone who knows your project.
